About Our Guest: Brandon Novak

You may remember Brandon Novak from the hit MTV show “Viva La Bam” or the movies “Jackass” with the Bam Margera and Steve-O crew. Brandon Novak just released, “The Streets of Baltimore,” memoir this week, which is his third book. It follows the success of “Dreamseller,” which is in its 9th print edition and one of Amazon’s top 50 addiction memoirs. The book just sold over 1000+ copies in the first 24 hours. Brandon Novak comes clean about his 25 yearlong heroin addiction in this suspenseful memoir interspersed with action, humor, and inspiration. It includes over 50 pages of rare color photos, authentic police records, and court documents chronicling the journey of Brandon Novak from stardom to the streets. Brandon was a teenage skateboarder discovered by Tony Hawk, but his lust for heroin led to a junkie’s destiny on the streets of Baltimore. Arrests, rehabs, and drug-tortured love triangles consumed Novak’s life, until his childhood friend and “Jackass” movie alumnus Bam Margera guided him to MTV fame. But Novak’s stardom led him down a destructive path that forced him to sculpt his future.
