Exploring Trauma is a short video featuring presentations by TJ Woodward, Dr. Gabor Maté, and Dr Mark Pirtle. Alongside the three there are excerpts from the documentary, Is Your Story Making You Sick?, directed by Frances Causey and produced by Mark Pirtle.  This presentation provides wisdom and clarity to help explore what emotional trauma is, how it affects our perceptions and development, and how to begin building a foundation to heal from trauma.

    Very beautiful. I love what the speaker says; that in order for us to heal trauma, we must first create a safe space internally for ourselves to revisit past events. It really feels like it's so much about cultivating a friendly and compassionate inner world primarily.
